Where do you deliver the DIY kit to?

Currently delivery is only available within the M25 area.

What if I live within the M25 but it comes up as not within the delivery zone?

How long will it take to arrive?

Can I specify a time slot for delivery?

Unfortunately not, but our couriers will let you know on the morning a time slot you can expect your delivery in. Times can vary depending on the route the couriers take and we are not able to provide real-time updates. 

Can I change or refund my order?

Any request to change or refund your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it.

Can I customise the contents of my box?

Unfortunately we are not able to facilitate this just yet.

How long will the fish keep in the fridge?

Unopened for 2 days, once open consume within 24 hours.

Can I freeze the fish?

No, do not re-freeze.

Can I eat the fish if pregnant?

The tuna is safe to eat if pregnant, however the salmon should be eaten by someone else!

Can I keep cooked rice in the fridge overnight?

Yes, but we advise cooking fresh each time for max enjoyment!

Why don't you have your chicken option?

It's early days for us in the home delivery game - we need to learn as we go and the we will look to broaden our range from here.

Why is your Plateaway listing more expensive?

In order to be able to deliver our kits freshly and safely outside of the M25 we have had to take extra precautions with packaging and delivery which means we have had to increase the pricing, though we have kept the increase as small as possible.

Why is there a separate delivery charge for the cookbook, merchandise and the DIY kit when I have them in the same basket?

For now they are coming from two different places and so delivery charges need to be paid on each item.

Can I get a refund on my merchandise purchase? 

We cannot refund merchandise, for exchange queries contact aloha@islandpoke.co.uk, postage will need to be covered by the customer.
